Job Description
   Lead the Magic of Pumpkin Fest & Christmas at the Princess!    
 
Are you a natural leader who thrives in dynamic, high-energy environments? The   Seasonal Retail Supervisor   plays a key leadership role in managing all aspects of our   pop-up retail kiosks   during the highly anticipated   Pumpkin Fest   and   Christmas at the Princess   events. This role supervises seasonal sales associates and reports to both the   Senior Supervisor team   and   Retail Management    .

    Team Leadership & Development    
 
·  Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team 
·  Provide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performance 
·  Set clear expectations around behavior, productivity, and guest experience 
·  Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for seasonal associates  
 
    Daily Operations    
 
·  Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor 
·  Execute opening/closing tasks, break schedules, and daily kiosk readiness 
·  Oversee product pulls and ensure timely restocking of merchandise 
·  Collect and manage retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets 
·  Maintain strong communication across the team for shift and sales updates 
·  Expect to work 5 days/40+ hours per week  
 
    Physical Requirements    
 
·  Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shift 
·  Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed 
·  Comfortable navigating multiple on-property locations quickly

·  Lead by example in providing engaging, knowledgeable, and proactive service 
·  Celebrate team accomplishments and promote colleague recognition 
·  Uphold and communicate the brand’s values and retail culture daily  
 
    Operational Excellence    
 
·  Monitor business performance and implement action plans for success 
·  Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address issues in real time 
·  Partner with Sales Leads and Senior Supervisors to execute initiatives 
·  Enforce policies and procedures including Loss Prevention and safety 
·  Ensure full OSHA compliance and a safe, guest-ready environment  
 
Qualifications
 
·  1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience required 
·  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
·  Proficient in   Microsoft Office Suite   and   POS systems   
·  Must hold valid   Maricopa County Food Handler Card   and   AZ Liquor Server Certification   
·  Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
