Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
·  To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required
·  To update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
·  To ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
·  Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with different channels
·  To liaise with sales and other departments as required
·  To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner
·  Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or escalate/refer to appropriate department 
·  Accommodate and document special requests  

 

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Guest focused personality is essential
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Previous customer related experience required
·  Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

 

Additional Information

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
