Job Description

·  Manage the daily Recreation activities in a professional, safe and enjoyable manner to the satisfaction of guest
·  Responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, directing and control of Recreation Department, including planning, budget control, work standards, staff training, staff supervision, community coordination, revenue production, leadership, program development and facility management
·  Maintain Accor / Movenpick standards and quality assurance along the agreed guidelines
·  Manage existing programs, ensuring they are engaging and meet participant needs.
·  Ensure that staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, marketing and promotions

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of recreation program development and management.
