We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in this vibrant market.

·  Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and local market trends
·  Lead the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms
·  Oversee social media strategy and content creation for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
·  Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and content
·  Manage the company's website and blog, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content
·  Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
·  Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
·  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
·  Manage marketing budget and resources to maximize ROI
·  Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
·  Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
·  Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation for various platforms
·  Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns
·  Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite
·  Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
·  Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
·  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
·  Experience with digital marketing trends and best practices
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
·  Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends
·  Knowledge of the Dubai and UAE market is a plus
·  Experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries is beneficial but not required
