Job Description

* Leads the execution of digital strategy across four properties: Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – MGallery, Avista Grande Phuket Karon – MGallery, Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa and TRIBE Phuket Patong.

* Drive commercial performance through online channels, ensuring strong visibility across Accor platforms, OTAs, Wholesale Extranets, Hotel Bedbanks and paid media

* Increase online bookings, improve ROI on paid campaigns and enhance digital experience.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

· 
•Bring 3-5 years of proven digital marketing expertise to drive  strategy and execution of digital marketing and ecommerce activity

•Exceptional skills & experience in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Social Ads, OTA management, display & Meta advertising,  indirect/direct channel management , ROI & performance analysis and reporting

•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead a team and highly organized to manage multiple projects and deadlines

•Calm under pressure, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

•BA degree in Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM tools).
