Job Description

As Breakfast Chef de Partie , you will take charge of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing your section, preparing a range of hot and cold breakfast dishes, and contributing to the overall guest experience in a calm, efficient, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities: 

· 
Oversee and manage the breakfast section, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of all dishes.

· 
Ensure all dishes meet Sofitel's quality and brand standards.

· 
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

· 
Work closely with the Sous Chef and other departments to ensure a seamless breakfast service.

· 
Assist in menu development, especially with regard to seasonal and dietary-specific offerings.

· 
Train and support junior kitchen staff during breakfast shifts.

· 
Manage stock control for the breakfast section, ensuring proper rotation and minimal waste.

· 
Maintain communication with front-of-house staff to ensure guest needs and special requests are met.

· 
Uphold the brand promise of Sofitel, delivering service with elegance, warmth, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

· 
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, preferably with experience in breakfast service.

· 
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.

· 
Passion for quality food and exceptional presentation.

· 
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

· 
Calm, professional, and efficient under pressure.

· 
A team player with excellent time management and organisational skills.
