As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for meeting the hotel’s sales objectives by effectively leading the sales team and reporting directly to the Hotel Director. Your core responsibilities will include promoting and selling a broad range of hotel services such as accommodation, conferences, catering, and additional amenities. You will be responsible for preparing tailored commercial offers, responding promptly to client inquiries, negotiating contractual terms, and finalizing agreements with business partners. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients while proactively seeking new customers and market segments will be central to your role. Furthermore, you will prepare comprehensive sales reports and conduct analyses to evaluate the performance and impact of sales strategies. You will also provide support in the execution and coordination of contracts, working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery. This position requires a combination of dedication, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant experience to drive sales growth and enhance the hotel’s competitive position in the market.

Kwalifikacje

We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership abilities and solid experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector. The ideal applicant will demonstrate proficiency in diverse sales techniques and contract negotiations, along with the capability to establish and maintain enduring client relationships. Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required, alongside fluent communication in both Polish and English. The successful candidate should be adept at collaborating with colleagues, highly organized, and capable of independently resolving challenges and making sound decisions. Familiarity with the FOLS/OPERA property management system will be an advantage. We value ambition and a willingness to develop professionally, as well as legal authorization to work in Poland, consistent with the requirements of this position.
