Job Description

·  Responsibility for all preparation of pastry products while ensuring superior quality and standards.
·  Execution of daily operation with high volume.
·  Proactive support to the alignment with the concept (F&B) in the pastry operation, continuously leading the creative process.
·  Ability to create new products and guest experience.

Qualifications

·  Strong leadership skills to support the team with a hands-on approach and constant training.
·  Personality to position the pastry in the market as a leader in its category.
·  Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with the other areas of the hotel.
·  Provide general support and assistance when required.
