Within the Loyalty & E-commerce division at headquarters, the Partnerships team is responsible for developing and leading a portfolio of strategic partnerships for members of the ALL – Accor’s loyalty program.

The mechanics of our partnerships allow us to recruit new members and increase the engagement of our members, while generating revenue for the ALL program.

In an international environment, we are looking for a Partnerships Marketing Assistant for the Partnerships Marketing Excellence division to support the Partnerships Marketing Manager in the coordination and animation of the existing portfolio.

This involves a daily relationship with our partners, our internal teams and external agencies, at headquarters and in the local offices, for campaigns management.

Your role:

·  Support in the creation of marketing offers in interaction with the local teams, the marketing agencies and communication teams:
·  Execution of annual marketing plans
·  Coordination of offers’ content and deployment
·  Regions’ Technical Support
·  Budget Tracking
·  Performance analysis and recommendations
·  Collaborate with front-end team to deliver new partner's page on the ALL.com website
·  Support on creation of digital customer journey offer pages with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) tool.
·  Management of technical incidents and requests for changes in communication channels.
·  Marketing Budget Tracking
·  Follow-up of the invoicing of agencies and suppliers (verification of amounts, investigation, and management in case of discrepancies).

Qualifications

·  Bac +4/5, last year of business school in Master 2
·  Previous internship experience of at least 6 months in marketing, communication or sales functions
·  Proficiency in the English and French language, fluent in both oral and written languages. A third language is a plus.
·  Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint), knowledge of Canvas is a plus.
·  Dynamism, proactiveness, proactivity and autonomy
·  Versatile profile given the diversity of subjects.
·  Business oriented
·  Very good communication
·  Analytical and ability to synthesize
