Key tasks
• To develops and maintains up-to-date-documentation and media database.
• Regularly monitors, clips and reports media clipping/exposure for Malaysia hotels and area, including competitors and trade news.
• Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, local community, and the customer base offices.
• Actively support Sales Team, execute and coordinate various media, brand and marketing activities and events.
• Maintains effective internal communication with the hotel teams.
