Job Description

·  Responsible for preparing venue and serving all products, giving individualized attention towards each customer.
·  Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times.
·  Support inventory management, ordering and operations.
·  Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
·  Prepare the venue ready for service according to the standard operating procedures.
·  Ensure the guests of the banquet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
·  Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques.
·  Outgoing personality building rapport with regular guests.

Qualifications

·  Should be flexible and ready to work any shift daytime given as per requirement of the outlet.
·  Living close to the hotel due to early operations.
·  English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.
·  Multitasking
·  Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
