Job Description
· Preparing the daily job report on that day following the room status report, Trace report, Late check out report and arrival details report provided Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager.
· Report to Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager if any discrepancy has found between room status report by Opera and the room status indicator on the monitor in HSK office.
· Attend the morning briefing in the HSK office. Will be shared the information of VIPs, groups/parties and special attention by Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager.
· On each floor, conduct the briefing with maids to share the information given in the morning briefing in the HSK office.
· Check the grooming and health condition of maids.
· Share the room cleaning order with maids.
· Check that the stock of wet amenities and dry amenities etc. are enough in linen room.
· Pick up the stock of mini bar items from Executive Club Lounge for the replenishment on the day. Record the expiration date of each mini bar item which was replenished and report it to the Executive Club Lounge at the end of the duty. Return the stock of mini bar items to the Executive Club Lounge once the replenishment is done.
· Inspect the rooms cleaned by maids. Ensure that rooms are made as per brand standard.
· Report to HSK order taker if there is any issue in the guest rooms or corridor to be repaired.
· When a maid reports that a guest has left something behind in the room, the checker calls HSK and asks for a L&F sequence number. Write down the number on the special form and submit it to HSK together with the lost item.
