Job Description

Operations 

• Supervise lifeguard teams, including maintaining morale and performance. Manage logistics of rotation and breaks.

• Supervise Slide Testing and Pool Cleaning teams.

• Perform daily checks of equipment and facility.

• Maintain deck presence and act as a point of contact for guest concerns 

Training. 

• Maintain skills and knowledge at an expert level to assist with ongoing training 

Risk Management.

• Respond to guest or employee incidents. Cooperate with Health & Safety/Security to document and investigate incidents.

• Provide First Aid within scope of training and/or escort distressed party to Medical Providers.

Qualifications

1 year of lifeguard experience
