Job Description

Operations 

· 
In accordance with the E&A 10/20 Protection Standard, provide guest surveillance at pool areas and rescue guests in distress 

· 
Dispatch guests on slides in accordance with procedures 

· 
Enforce safety rules 

· 
Provide first aid and emergency care 

· 
Provide warm and friendly guest service 

Training 

· 
Maintain skills and knowledge at test-ready levels 

· 
Maintain lifeguard license and slide dispatch certification 

Qualifications

· 
Excellent communication skills 

· 
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

· 
Working memory to collect accurate information 

· 
Excellent swimming ability
