Job Description

Working within the Talent & Culture team supporting our (close to) 500 ambassadors, our Learning & Development Specialist helps each of us  grow, develop skills, knowledge and abilities  to achieve both professional and personal goals. You will be responsible for the  development and implementation of the training plan , which   will support the business in achieving its strategic goals through increased operating performance, improved employee engagement and enhanced people capability.

You will leverage your strong experience in Learning & Development, your ability to build strong relationships as well as your familiarity with service industries to  foster a learning culture of excellence  we are all proud of! 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate; 

·  Talent for building capability across diverse levels, backgrounds, age groups and abilities
·  Background in service industries, ideally in hospitality ideal but not essential
·  Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualified
·  Advanced communication skills 
·  Strong stakeholder management 
·  Versatility to facilitate, develop content and ensure all admin and compliance is kept up to date
