Job Description

Are you passionate about making a tangible impact through learning and development? Join our ENA Academy team as the L&D Manager for Iberia , where you’ll lead our Academy activity, drive Accor’s signature Heartist Culture, and cultivate new business opportunities across the region.
 

What will you do? 

·  Manage Academy activities for Iberia, embedding our Heartist Culture in all L&D initiatives. Bring to life the 3 major Academy pillars: Leadership and Culture, Operational Excellence, Ethics and Compliance
·  Advise and support Accor hotels (135 properties in Spain and Portugal) and head offices on implementing L&D actions in the region.
·  Plan and organize innovative trainings, managing a team of external trainers. 
·  Oversee Academy offer, pricing, billing, and ensure training activity is tracked and reported.
·  Lead the Academy sales strategy; identify, pursue and convert business growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be: 

·  Proven background in learning & development delivery and design.
·  High level of proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) is required
·  Experience in project management and driving L&D initiatives across regions or sectors.
·  Strong business acumen; ability to translate strategy into actionable growth plans.
·  Dynamic leadership and coaching skills; team management expertise.
·  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
