Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Superviso r you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant, Sports Bar, Lounge Bar, Meeting Rooms and Event space.
· Supervise daily food and beverage operations
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
· Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
· Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
· Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
· Train and mentor new staff members
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organisation
· Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success

Qualifications
· At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of regulatory health and safety standards
