This is your opportunity to step into the Talent & Culture (HR) Department and build solid human resources knowledge and skills. HR play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning talent with organizational goals to drive overall success.

During your different rotations you will experience some of the different functions within HR and contribute to many projects from strategy to their daily implementation as for example:
· Talent Acquisition:
You will support Talent Acquisition initiatives at all levels from contribution to new strategy and processes implementation to day-to-day execution (Roll-out of new recruitment systems and tools, Employer Branding communications, participation to career fairs, operational recruitment, …).
· Talent management:
The priority focus of our Talent Management strategy relies on Talent Development mechanisms. They consist in yearly key milestones that will support Heartists' growth and performance, for them to continuously craft a personal development plan that resonates with their career ambitions and objectives. Related to this topic, you will be contributing to the coordination of the annual Performance Review loop (production of communication and change materials, animation with the internal stakeholders of the annual calendar and support managers in the execution).
· Learning & Development:
As Heartists, we step every day into a vibrant classroom in the school of life and are empowered to develop ourselves across many learning and development opportunities. Your mission will encompass the enrichment of our learning offers that meet local operational needs and Accor’s ambition (Brand service culture, technical and soft skills, …).
You will contribute to the enhancement of our new LMS to further shape our Learning culture.

As part of the Global Compensation and Benefits team you will play a key role in animating our “ALL Heartists” benefit program that offers competitive rates and flash offers in hotels, and exclusive discounts with partners from around the world. · HR Generalist in Operations
As you rotate through our hotels, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with HR teams and managers to align policies with organizational goals, driving operational excellence, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a positive, compliant work environment.
A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core areas of HR, including HR policies, payroll, workforce planning, recruitment, training, and the implementation of cultural rituals.
Additional Information
Your rotations during the Graduate program will articulate as followed:
· 4 months at our Headquarters in Paris.
· 6 months on one of our hotels (outside France) location to be defined in January
· 6 months on an international hub (Sao Paolo, Singapore or Dubai) location to be defined in January
The process will be:
· An interview with the Talent Acquisition manager
· An assessment
· An interview with your direct manager and head of the department (N+2)
· An open discussion with the team you will join
