Job Description

·  Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties.
·  Plan and coordinate events for the hotel.
·  Ensure standards are met.
·  Serve as a principal source of information for the team.
·  Prepare and maintain your department’s records.
·  Assist Catering/Events Sales team by monitoring all lead sources and distributing leads to appropriate Catering/Events Sales/Service Manager based on deployment.
·  Assist in maintaining an accurate client data base in Opera Cloud and adherence to all company standards.
·  Provide administrative support to the Catering/Events Sales team including but not limited to - merging letters of agreement, expense reports, distribution of all event orders and resumes among other administrative needs.

Qualifications

·  Experience in event planning or sales.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests.
·  Well organised with multi-tasking skills.
·  Competency using a variety of computer softwares
