Job Description

Through your passion and motivation, you will be responsible for overseeing business development and growth across varied market segments and winning new business for Sofitel Adelaide. Focused on driving sales and promoting positive culture within the team, you are a high performing individual who loves the chase; and more importantly the win. Being professional and knowledgeable in the market, staying informed of developments to capitalise on relevant business opportunities, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients are essential.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  A true passion for hotel sales; and the desire to secure new clients and business
·  Ability and drive to achieve targeted revenue and other key performance milestones within key market segments
·  Ability to leverage from global and interstate clients to leverage business into Adelaide
·  Strength to investigate/follow-up on all major Sales Leads, maintaining an effective system to convert potential business and lapsed business
·  Proactive approach to engage new clients and increase market share
