Job Description
Within the PME division, reporting directly to marketing and experience managers/ directors, the brand assistant manager will play an integral role within the Global Brand & Marketing organization developing and launching culturally relevant experiences that are conscious, and drive brand desirability, relevance, and preference.
· Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of key ECO brand strategic projects (i.e. bedding, compliance, F&B), product and signature moment, and assist in the communication of these projects to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization.
· Support Brand Directors in executing brand communication strategies, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and corporate communications.
· Maintain, update and manage global content: experience material, creative assets, toolkits, intranet content, website and newsletters
· Support the implementation and activation of brand partnerships & animations on property, to enhance guest experience.
· Coordinate and participate in meetings with both internal and external key stakeholders and partners.
· Support redefinition, implementation and measurement of brand & products standards in hubs.
Qualifications
• Level of Studies: BAC+4 /+5
• Field of Studies: Marketing/Project Management/Product Development
• Experience: A first internship in project management
• Strong skills in project management
• You have an interest in hospitality, marketing and customer experience
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Computer Skills: Pack Office (specially PowerPoint)
