Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our properties.

·  Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple properties
·  Analyze market trends and demand patterns to develop short, medium, and long-term revenue strategies
·  Support the evaluation of group inquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategies
·  Contribute to maximizing room revenues and RevPAR, aiming to achieve RGI targets
·  Assist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with General Managers and the Director of Sales and Marketing
·  Participate in Revenue Meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize results
·  Support the preparation and analysis of End of Month performance reports
·  Collaborate with Revenue Manager, General Manager, Director of  Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue across of the hotel
·  Monitor competitive set pricing and market conditions to recommend strategic adjustments

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
·  Previous experience in a revenue-focused role within the hospitality industry
·  Demonstrated history of consistently meeting performance targets
·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
·  Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence key stakeholders remotely
·  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
·  Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
·  Knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is advantageous
·  Multi-property experience is a plus
