The Opportunity   

For Abbott GmbH in Wiesbaden-Delkenheim we are looking for a Working Student Controlling (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do 

We’re looking for a dynamic working student to join our finance department. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real financial projects and be a part of the newest division within Abbott this opportunity is tailored for you.

This position provides support in a project-based approach to the Lingo finance team. ​

Major Project Responsibilities :

·  Contribute to the development of the financial reporting and analyses for various EMEA based functions to ensure informed financial decision-making and improved efficiency
·  Assist in building and finalizing the weekly and monthly reporting packages
·  Collaborate with the commercial team and various functions (operations, data analytics) to identify reporting gaps and opportunities
·  Assist with ad hoc reports and analysis to highlight risks and opportunities and to provide business related insights
·  Work to continually develop processes to improve and drive the business

Education :

·  Pursuing a Masters degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or related discipline

Background & Qualifications :

·  Creative, open, flexible, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges
·  Team-player and hands-on mentality
·  Organized, detail oriented and accurate
·  MS Office knowledge, prior PowerBI experience preferred
·  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
·  Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
·  Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
