The Opportunity

This position works out of our Lake Bluff, IL location in the CHR Corporate Human Resources division.   

The Training Specialist, Key Talent programs will design, deliver, and administer the organization's training programs in accordance with the organization's training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business. This position is also responsible for record retention of all training and for maintaining records in an audit-ready status.

What You’ll Work On

·  Support Key Talent Program Delivery
·  Global Citizen Development Program (GCDP)
·  Executive Compass
·  Global Leader Program (GLP)
·  Research and Development Program (RDLP)
·  Operations for Key Talent Programs - managing these key talent programs as projects leveraging the following:
·  Project planning
·  Stakeholder management
·  Budget management
·  Website oversight and maintenance (GCDP)
·  Project execution
·  Executive updates
·  Communication plans
·  Event planning & execution
·  Post program evaluation and review
·  Update alumni data
·  Meeting Producer program support:
·  Will use Webex or Zoom to manage and support virtual program sessions (e.g., set up meetings, breakouts, troubleshoot)
·  Organizes, prepares, and uploads the event content for the virtual environment
·  Participates in pre-planning program meetings and conference calls to identify issues and make recommendations on how to eliminate future occurrences
·  Will serve as meeting producer for key talent program sessions
·  Other duties as assigned

·  Process documentation
·  Budget
·  Metrics
·  Maintain annual calendar for key talent programs
·  Other Key Talent support
·  Support team with Executive Education programming
·  Work with local TOC and/or BHR regarding participants’ nominations
·  Maintain supply room and ship items globally to program participants
·  Supports Manager, Key Talent Programs & Director on special projects as needed
·  Key Talent Program Financial Management         
·  Maintain accurate and current financial accounting and analysis for executive development program (GCDP) and interventions  
·  Provide monthly reporting to leadership of spend / LBE
·  Manage invoice accruals
·  Key talent program tools SME (Cvent, SMARTDESK)

Required Qualifications

·  Proven track record of exemplary customer service
·  Must have executive presence
·  Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
·  Strong communication skills
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Must possess organizational skills and time management skills to quickly adapt to changes with programming
·  Experience working in a matrix environment
·  Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality documentation
·  Strong written communication skills
·  Must be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

·  Previous experience working with nominations programs or event planning preferred
·  Strong knowledge of WebEx or similar platform
·  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with Outlook and PowerPoint

The base pay for this position is
$57,300.00 – $114,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
