Track & Trace Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main responsibilities:

• Master data management and maintenance (company data, SKU data, customer data) in SAP Saphega, SAP Symphony, TraceLink and PharmConnector;
• Coordination between GS1 RUS and Agile team in case of new GTINs;
• Analysis of new legislation on Track and Trace;
• Monitoring of Track and Trace requirements evolution (new schemas, reporting events, XSD files);
• Change request initiation and follow-up;
• Daily manual reporting of Track and Trace activities (not-automated by TraceLink);
• E-signatures management;
• Incident investigation (internal and external). Raising tickets to Support Centers of IBM, TraceLink and CRPT;
• Liasing with Santens IT / warehouse and Abbott warehouse personnel in case of discrepancies reported by customers;
• Administration of contracts with Santens (PharmConnector related);
• Administration of contracts with CRPT;
• Payment management for crypto codes on a monthly / quarterly basis.

Key requirements:

• Supply Chainer with IT background or IT with supply chain background;
• Strong knowledge of Track and Trace reporting processes;
• Knowledge of pharma supply chains and local pharma environment;
• SAP, 1C, MDLP, TraceLink knowledge;
• Analytical skills with ability to read and understand business processes;
• Proactivity with ability to learn;
• English Upper-Intermediate.
