The Opportunity

Our location in Irving, TX currently has an opportunity for a Technical Trainer.

What You’ll Work On

·  Prepares for and conducts technical product and diagnostic tools training programs for service employees.
·  Conducts instructor-led and virtual classroom training according to established instructional standards, programs, and methods.
·  Practices good classroom management techniques to handle a variety of classroom situations.
·  Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training. 
·  Performs periodic review of overall effectiveness of product training program for continuous improvements.
·  Completes all administrative aspects of the job accurately and in a timely manner.
·  Assist with the training content development and criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training.
·  Participates in, and may serve as team lead on, special assignments/ projects.

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design
·  Minimum 2 years In medical device industry or other FDA regulated industry experience.
Strong knowledge/understanding/work with a learning management system.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
Experience utilizing word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)

Preferred Qualifications

·  Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning a plus.
·  Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise and strong PowerPoint skills preferred.
·  Strong Knowledge and understanding of working with a learning management system.

The base pay for this position is
$72,700.00 – $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
