Senior Technical Sales Representative
DIVISION:

DIRECT REPORTING TO:
Sales Manager, SH
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To provide technical support to physicians during cases and to meet sales target assigned
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Perform Structural Heart product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories
2) Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories
3) Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories
4) Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories
5) Provide technical support of structural heart products in Malaysia
6) Provide CME to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members.
7) Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc
8) Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends
9) Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to SJM requirement
10) Assist in clinical research, when necessary
11) Perform administrative pre / post sales on daily activities.
12) Covering customer orders delivery, quotation and billing, consignment usage tracking.
13) Coordinate and liaise internal departments to ensure stock delivery and deadlines are met.
14) Involvement in new products launching.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of medical sales experience
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott CN Asia and Abbott Malaysia’s policy and requirement
· Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CN Asia and Abbott Malaysia.
· Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CN Asia and Abbott Malaysia are executed.
