RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

· 
Actively manages requisition priorities to ensure positions are being filled with quality candidates promptly.

· 
Manages a large variety of positions from highly technical to high volume non-exempt positions.

· 
Works all positions internally to ensure cost efficiency, and consultative skills employed when business requests preferred vendors with proper business rationale and support.

· 
Provides pre-screened, qualified candidate slate of no more than 3 to 5 candidates per requisition.

· 
Seeks to listen, to understand the business needs and consistently to drive high levels of service and delivery.

· 
Ensures required service level agreements on all aspects of the Global Talent Acquisition Dashboard are met or exceeded.

· 
Proactively communicates with the Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and TA Manager/Leaders regarding recruitment status.

· 
Provides candidates with an appropriate level of information regarding culture, vision, projects, capabilities, strategic focus, development opportunities, compensation, and benefits - ensuring the candidate is well informed.

· 
Utilizes applicant tracking system, job boards, niche sites and recruiting process for proper tracking of recruiting metrics.  

· 
Ensures all recruiting practices comply with applicable country and local regulations and ARDx policy. 

· 
Uses alternative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and social media. 

· 
Provides expertise and consultation including offer & “counteroffer” negotiation strategies with Hiring manage

· 
Understands and consults with HR Business Partner when escalations occur during the hiring process

· 
Manages requisition volumes up to 40 positions, while building relationships and driving results with clients

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· 
3+ of experience as a corporate recruiter in a full desk recruitment position

· 
3+ of experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

· 
3+ years of experience direct sourcing, and data mining passive candidates in technical or healthcare industries

· 
1+ years of high volume, non-exempt recruitment experience within manufacturing, operations and/or supply chain domains

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Sciences related field or equivalent years of experience

 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

· 
Experience in both corporate recruiting and agency setting preferred

· 
Workday Recruit experience highly desired

· 
Prior biotech or life sciences experience highly desired
