Main Job Responsibilities:
· Track and monitor shipments and backorders from source and reconcile orders within the required turnaround time.
· Timely Goods Receipt and Billing and send invoices to distributors and customers.
· Engage with distributors and suppliers in issues/discrepancy and provide resolution.
· Perform service contract maintanence and billing.
· Assit with audits and ensure compliance.
· Timely creation of item master into system to avoid delay in placing orders.
· Maintain and update necessary database in the system for easy tracking and audit purposes.
· Assist with Post Shipment Checklist and update GDS.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain (Experienced supply chain/ warehouse working experience will be added advantages)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
· Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
· Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
