JOB DESCRIPTION:

Abbott Diagnostics Technologies is based at  Kjelsås in Oslo, Norway  and are looking for students and graduates for several 8-weeks summer internships  starting mid-June and ending mid-August 2024.  During the internship you will be assigned a project that you will be working on over the summer and present in August. The internships open for the opportunity for permanent employment after graduation. 

We will have internships within the following areas:  

·  Software Development 
·  Operations Improvement
·  Quality Assurance
·  Technical Production /Biochemistry
·  Projects and Engineering

Qualifications:  

·  Graduate bachelor’s student or 4th or 5th year student on master’s level 
·  Some working experience relevant to your field or area of interest is ideal. This can be from student associations, internships, part-time jobs or similar. 
·  Strong work ethic with great attention to details 
·  Analytical and well-organized working style 
·  Solution oriented mindset and quick learner 
·  Fluent in English and Norwegian verbal and written 

What you will do during an internship with Abbott:  

·  Work on a predefined project that you will present in the end of your internship 
·  Support the department you are assigned to with day-to-day tasks 
·  Work closely with your immediate colleagues but also broaden your network in the Abbott organization
