- Build up and timely tracking sales force KPI progress.
- Ensure sales data accuracy when business changes, Improve accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze sales team productivity and propose the rational of improvement / expansion
- Allocation of sales team annual target and measurement of achievement.
- SFDC System maintenance and make sure the set up / authorization in system is aligned with sales team and territory structure.
- Communicate with sales team on how to do opportunity mapping and perform the data sanity check
- Other projects and tasks assigned by line manager.
