JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Objective:

The SFE and Training Manager delivers sales training programs for Sales Team within their respective area whilst supporting the entire affiliate. He makes sure that the company standards and KPIs are maintained wherever it operates. The SFE & Training Manager is also responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and profitability of the Sales and Marketing functions through continuous improvement in commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new Medical Representatives ensuring successful On boarding, Fast Track, In-Field Work, Induction and Certification training are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that Sales Employees are mapped and tracked properly according to their respective training curriculum and needs.
  • Work closely with MKT, medical department, HR etc to provide multi-functional training to sales force.
  • The role also involves in-field sales assessments to ensure the key learning outcomes are being successfully implemented by the sales force.
  • Works closely with Sales Managers to assess sales force competency in order to identify and align training requirements with job responsibilities and ensure smooth implementation of the training requirements.
  • Support the Brand Teams in the creation & facilitation of a variety of workshops and other training and learning initiatives to support the implementation of the right strategy and messages.
  • Works in close collaboration with other Associate Training Managers in the update and implementation of the Global Learning Management System SUMTOTAL.
  • Lead continuous Segmentation & Targeting to ensure high profitability and confirm the correct allocation of calls.
  • Drive resource optimization to maximize productivity and ensure increase sales efficiency through Sales Force Allocation tool, calculating and allocating FTE to available TAs
  • Align commercial solutions with area and through adapting and ensuring local implementation.
  • Lead EPD training academy within the affiliate, cascade training locally as per yearly strategy set by Global Training Team.
  • Lead in calculation of incentives for all Levant sales & marketing and calculate the amount to be paid and secure all approvals.
  • Work Closely with Abbott EHS and ensure alignment in all safety programs including driving safety, Office safety and Employees safety. Monitoring alignment through affiliate scorecard.
  • Responsible for creating and updating affiliate Incentive Scheme to motivate employees
  • Lead in implementing and fulfilling Sales and Training strategy internally.
  • Work with Sales head of Country s to create affiliate Sales Plan on Yearly Bases.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Major in Business, Instructional Design, or Education preferred
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years' experience in a multinational company, preferably in Healthcare Industry
  • Ability to deliver training via various methods: ILT, blended learning, application workshops, virtual classrooms.
  • Language: Proficiency in English & Arabic.
