JOB DESCRIPTION:
For Abbott International Nutrition Division (ANI) we are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate to join our team in Slovakia as a Sales Representative (maternity cover - temporary position)
Mission of the role
To deliver territory sales targets and to build mutually beneficial relationships and achieve a “preferred partner status” with key customers (up to 200) in the areas of Community, Hospital beds and Nursing Homes to ensure sustainable growth.
Assigned territory:
Trnava, Galanta, Hlohovec, Piešťany, Nitra, Zvolen, Žarnovica, Žiar n.Hronom, B. Štiavnica, Krupina, Detva, Levice, Zlaté Moravce, Šaľa, Veľký Krtíš, Topoľčany
Key Accountabilities:

Identify opportunities to develop the business in the territory
·
Implement strategy/sales cycle focus & achieve against set KPI’s
·
Deliver call plan
·
Frequently review & analyze sales results and KPI’s
·
Propose & analyze customer investment plans
·
Maintaining, acquisition and finding of new customers
·
Visit customers (One-on-One and group meetings) in Rx areas, Hospitals and Nursing homes
·
Set business objective per key customer/account
·
Build relationships with key customers effecting purchases and use of enteral nutrition
·
Provide and/or facilitate customer education (share scientific & product information, give presentations & workshops, organize conferences with guest speakers, …)
·
Prepare, analyze and report on calls
·
Follow up on agreements
·
Collaborate with Key Account Manager & other colleagues
·
Efficient planning and time management in order to achieve maximal coverage of customers.
·
Maintain customer database and other administrative work according to specification and approved processes, meeting deadlines
·
Provide information for forecasting
·
Analyze, report on & respond to competitor behavior
Candidate's profile:
·
2 years of working experience in Sales representative position, preferably in medical or similar industry
·
Knowledge of Hospital & Rx business is a huge advantage
·
Fluent Slovak
·
Communicate level of English
·
Experience in planning & developing the business in the territory
·
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
·
Focus on results, the ability of self-motivation
·
Ability to perceive needs of customers, company and colleagues, empathy
·
Ability and desire to influence the behavior of customers, colleagues, and what is happening around them
·
Resistance to workload and stress, organizational skills
·
Basic mathematical reasoning and calculations - for quotation, sales planning
