JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary

·  Promote Abbott rapid diagnostic item to assigned territories in retail sector
·  Achieve sales quotas
·  Plan and execute sales activities

Job Responsibilities

·  Perform product sales call to current and potential customers in assigned channel
·  Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories
·  Formulate sales plan, revenue and tracking report and account profile of customers in assigned territories
·  Conduct product demonstrations
·  Handle tasks for marketing
·  Market Intelligence: competitor product, pricing, marketing programs and policy change
·  Achieve sales goals for self-tests and new products

Requirements: Education and Experience

·  Bachelor’s Degree
·  Minimum 2 years of sales experience for Retail Channels
·  Positive mindset and result-oriented
·  Independent with strong self-initiative
·  Strong communication and communication skills
·  Target driven and should be able to work in a fast paced environment
·  Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
