JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Purpose of Job

• Responsible for ensuring the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives. Works with BU Manager to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential and to establish and achieve annual sales objectives in assigned territory.
• Coordinates activities with Sales Representatives counterparts. Negotiates contracts with external customers and keeps the company informed of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and management of inventories among the territory assigned ensuring the accomplishment of inventory optimization process´ objectives.
• Responsible for the DOH management according to the account segmentation objectives (Platinum, gold, silver & bronze).
• Prepares and submits the forecast monthly by analyzing and compiling data, projections and other relevant information.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional procedures.
• Work in a team environment to fulfill the sales needs of the company.
• Sells product by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by the company on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by deteriming the relevant factors (e.g. product, competition, pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to promote the product to hospital personnel.

• Education required:
• University Degree.
• Excellent spoken and written of English and local language

• Experience required:
• 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience. Preferred background includes prior experience selling to interventional cardiologists and/or into the cath lab / OR.
