JOB DESCRIPTION:
· 确保雅培重点产品在HA目标医院进药速度和质量具有行业竞争优势;
· 确保雅培产品在HA目标医院内的各种限制导致的对业务影响最少:品种、规模、时间、速度等;
· 领导并发展医院准入团队 ,整合区域资源,建立以雅培药品部为整体的与区域内医疗机构合作,促进医疗机构医院管理或疾病治疗水平提升,实现雅培与医疗卫生体系的共赢;
· 制定区域业务团队准入能力提升计划,提升整体准入水平,并带领区域销售团队完成准入目标
· 熟悉了解医疗卫生体系发展动向,系统获取客户和同行见解,识别区域市场机会和挑战,以利公司及时调整战略、避免商业风险。
· 甄选、激励并保留人才,带领团队不断提升专业技能,与跨部门团队紧密合作,打造专业卓越的团队,推动发展;
