Job Specification:

• Perform product testing and release, including the preparation of test samples which requires operator dexterity skills
• Test Lab operations, including the ability to determine and establish a working test schedule
• Execute equipment preventative maintenance
• 5S – maintain and adhere to lab 5S standards
• Conduct testing on retains and stability samples, including management of storage, and test and disposal schedule
• Conduct out of specification investigations, including investigative analysis and co-ordination cross functional team reviews and reports
• Test batch record progression
• Working in a team
• Audit readiness preparation
• Follows GMP's, standard operating procedures, and applicable safety rules
• Ability to support validation operations
• Ability to review, revise and create documents as required

  
  
  Requirements for the role:

• Science/Engineering background, preferably with pharmaceutical/medical device experience.
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to integrate quickly into a team environment.
• Demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work.
