The opportunity:
To strengthen our Electrophysiology division across the Nordics and Baltics we are looking to hire a Product Manager based out of the Nordics .
What you'll Do:
· Maintain marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
· In collaboration with the Marketing Manager to deliver and provide the tracking mechanics for marketing campaigns to maximise product adoption.
· Regular interface with the Nordics and Baltics (NOBA)customers to gather key customer insights and support where necessary.
· Deliver regular analysis of market data for NOBA team, monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information including product forecasting and reporting.
· Provide input to and implementation of strategic & operating plan strategies & tactics.
· Management and execution of customer events.
· Preparation, targeting, launch and performance measurement for new products, to both internal and external customers.
· Regular interaction with the Education Department in both NOBA and UKI to ensure visibility and seamless integration of activities.
· Ensure a high level of EP market knowledge, as well as staying on top of technical trends in arrhythmia therapies, market dynamics and the competition in assigned market.
· Link in with EMEA capital team, engineering team and local capital logistics team to lead and deliver service compliance across NOBA.
Requirements:
· University diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
· Experience of a customer facing role dealing with hospital staff in the field. Ideally within EP but other relevant cardiovascular fields will also be considered.
· Knowledge of the Abbott EP portfolio strongly preferred.
· Experience in delivery of EP therapies to patients, either hospital or industry based is preferred.
· Experience of Atrial Fibrillation / Electrophysiology market is preferred but not essential.
· Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Adobe and media management products
· Self-driven, results orientated, team-player, strategic, analytical, ethical, strong interpersonal skills, time management, organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and commitment. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible and comfortable with change.
