Online-to-Offline (O2O) Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Take full accountability for establishing and enhancing new procedures/models and operational practices to improve O2O capacities.

Accountabilities:

·  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective O2O operations in line with key objectives.
·  Evaluate current processes, working with stakeholders to drive improvement and enhancement.
·  Lead digitalization and transforming journey and drive implementation timeline and outcome.
·  Optimize cost by reviewing all expenditures to maximize investment effectiveness.
·  Take charge of acquiring, supporting, and transforming key partner operations related to product portfolio, gifts management, fulfillment management, and stock management.
·  Proactively identify solutions for operational issues.

Requirement:

·  Bachelor's degree
·  Have at least of 2-3 years of experience in relevant role
·  Strong business acumen in emerging industries
·  Strong analytical skills and data driven.
·  Good communications and interpersonal skills
·  Able to adapt to dynamic and fast changing environment.
·  Experience in building and managing business from scratch is preferred.
