JOB DESCRIPTION:
For our Vascular division, we are recruiting a National Sales Manager to manage the direct coronary sales force within Belgium and Luxembourg.
Role and Responsibilities:

Develop the sales tactics most appropriate and effective for regional markets in order to deliver sales goals, grow market share and increase market penetration of the coronary product portfolio.

Develop an effective professional sales force (3 Sales Reps) by travelling with your sales representatives.
·
Ensure that sales representatives are obtaining all necessary product and or technical training to be impactful in with their customers
·
Analyzing sales performance per territory, customer, product line, to drive meaningful conversation with sales reps, identify actions to be taken with customer to improve results.
·
Oversee the servicing of Abbott Coronary accounts and work with the field sales representatives to convert leading competitive accounts and maintain those accounts.
·
Support all new product introductions and clinical testing, as appropriate, within respective regional market.
·
Communicate competitive findings, any product enhancements, identified or uncovered by the sales force, to ensure that future markets are being pursued and opportunities for expansion and growth are realized.
·
Ensure that product and policy information, communicated by the US-based divisions and European headquarters and Country level, is spread and understood by sales team.
·
Maintain all contacts and relationships with customers, professionals within the medical community, as appropriate, to maximize Abbott exposure within its industries and awareness of all industry information.
Your Profile:
·
Science Degree or experience equivalent in medical field
·
Experience in managing a team
·
Successful sales experience within medical device industry
·
Organized and structured
·
Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
·
Willingness to work in a highly competitive and diverse business environment.
·
Good interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
·
Customer- and results- oriented, self-starter
·
Fluent in English, French and Dutch
