The Opportunity

For our  Abbott Nutrition Division ANI  we are currently looking for a  Medical Representative  to join our great team in Slovenia. This will be a field-based role, requiring regular travelling across assigned area ( Ljubljana and surroundings) .

What You'll do:

·  Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers; win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones.
·  Ensure high-quality sales calls and excellence in selling skills.
·  Maintain f2f call frequencies and number of doctor and pharmacy visits as per plan.
·  Ensure regular CRM reporting and regular segmentation and targeting process.
·  Implement and propose marketing activities.
·  Grow Product knowledge by attendance at conferences and seminars.
·  Administration, database maintenance, expense reports preparation.

Required qualifications and background:

·  University degree preferably in science related field.
·  Prior experience in pharma sales is highly desired (2-3 years).
·  Experience in interaction with hospital specialists from Oncology, Gastroenterology, Neurology or Diabetes would be an advantage.
·  Proficiency in English and Slovenian.
·  Competency in MS Office applications.
·  Driving license B.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong relationship building skills.
·  Can-do attitude with pro-active approach.
·  Ability to organize own work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·  Ability to understand the data and propose necessary actions.
·  Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
