HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

You’ll be the responsible for accountable of customize global/regional Marketing strategy and to ensuring the correct implementation of it, developing proper activities and promoting a team work with the commercial team to ensure the development of the point of care market, the development and management of Key opinion leaders to support the expansion strategy, training distributors and commercial team in brands positioning, ensuring a profitability business.

Core Job Responsibilities:

·  Development and Implementation of the marketing plan
·  KOL´s development and management
·  Distributors and commercial team training in brand positioning
·  Market assessment to support share growth of the products
·  Budget administration to prioritize return of investment
·  Positioning the benefits of the point of care technologies for diagnostics to promote decentralized environments
·  This position will contribute to develop of the point of care market in north Latin America region through lead the brand positioning of ARDx portfolio of solutions, the development of key opinion leaders, the training of distributors and commercial team and taking investment decisions to ensure the return of investment.

You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

·  Major degree in Marketing.

Experience required (3 – 5 years):

·  Minimum experience of 3 years as leader of marketing with proven results in brand positioning and business growth.
·  Experience in Medical devices or diagnostics.
·  90% English - Fluent in English conversation
