Main Job Responsibilities:  

·  Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and logistics operation support for the affiliates
·  Collaborate with warehouse operation to ensure the inbound shipment and outbound orders are in timely process per the agreed service level agreement
·  Collaborate with warehouse operation to ensure inventory accuracy
·  Define and review the inventory cycle count process and coordinate annual inventory count.
·  Collaborate with the related team to ensure damaged/expired inventories are destroyed timely & regularly.
·  Work closely with the team to resolve any logistics-related escalation.
·  Collaborate and support team on globally driven projects and annual reporting.
·  Review and keep up to date on changes to custom regulations.
·  Provide support in warehouse and transportation tender.
·  Publish/review Logistics metrics to monitor the performance of warehouse and transportation suppliers and automate reporting.
·  Provide support on the continuous improvement to drive efficiency and Gross Margin Improvement initiatives.
·  Regular review and update on the playbook to keep it up to date against the actual process.
·  Ensure all workflow and processes adhere to the company policy and procedures.

Requirements: 

·  At least 4 years of working experience in warehouse/distributor operation, import/export logistics & custom brokerage of global healthcare, medical device, pharma, or FMCG with 1-2 years in a regional cluster.
·  Experience using SAP, WMS or TMS is a plus.
·  Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.
·  Computer literacy. Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
