The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Specialist based in our Maidenhead (Berkshire) office to join our EMEA Training Operations team as part of the Corporate Human Resources department.
Although the role is based in UK, as a Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing of training programs within EMEA region, that make the best use of employee’s current and future abilities.
What You’ll Do
· Apply developed training knowledge and skills in the planning, implementation and delivery of training programs
· Source, evaluate and track third party training vendors and programs; manage local vendor contract process with local purchasing; manage on-going vendor relationships
· Maintain and analyze organization and individual training metrics in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
· Provide guidance to employees about the organization's training programs and policies and arrange for them to participate in internal training.
· Coordinate delivery and operations activities to ensure training programs are delivered with high quality resources (logistical support, organize and provide set-up of materials, audio visual equipment and classrooms, maintain training registration and cancellations)
· Establish local course costs for open enrollment classes and intact requests
· Track local training budget and report to management on a monthly basis
· Support the processing of invoices, documentation and monthly reconciliation for responsible budgets
Frequent travelling across EMEA region (10%) is anticipated
Required Qualifications
· Degree in Human Resources, General Management or Business Administration
· Previous experience in training operations would be highly desirable
· Excellent organization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
· Excellent finance understanding
· Fluent in English language, additional language a plus
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint
