Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
· Provides day‐to‐day logistical support to execute the delivery of training. Organizes, maintains, prepares, and provides set‐up of materials, equipment, and classrooms to enable effective delivery of courses
· Supporting the implementation of Global L&D Programs across multiple countries in assigned geography
· Building the annual training schedule based on the Training Needs Analysis
· Implementing marketing and communication activities to publicize classes, engage targeted audiences, and increase annual attendance.
· Providing customer service to employees that need assistance with course registrations, cancellations, and general questions about courses and programs
· Maintaining department records, complying with record retention guidelines.
· Coordinating course materials from suppliers to local classrooms.
· Supporting the processing of invoices and supplies corresponding documentation (such as purchase requisitions, Statements of Work, MSPAs) utilizing systems in multiple countries
· Distribution of pre‐work
· Scheduling internal and external facilitators to meet schedule demands
· Utilizes training registration website to schedule and monitor classes/students.
· Liaises with vendors to schedule courses and logistics for each course
· Manages course costs through charge‐backs to the business.
· Facilitate affiliate's Master Professional Service Agreement with respectively affiliate procurement and legal team
· Establish affiliate course costs as needed (e.g. event logistics, conference space, catering, etc.)
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Business with at least 3 years relevant experience in training operations
· Strong service orientation and communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
