The Opportunity
For Abbott GmbH in Wiesbaden-Delkenheim we are looking for an internship in Compliance (m/f/d)
Abbott’s Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) deals with a variety of compliance matters and is responsible for Abbott’s dynamic and risk-based global ethics and compliance program driving responsible decision-making that brings Abbott’s values to life.
What You’ll Do
· The role would assist the regional Compliance Manager (based in Wiesbaden, Germany) with monitoring, reporting, policy changes and setting up regional compliance committee meetings
· ad hoc statistical analyses in collaboration with the regional OEC manager need to be performed and preparation of training material
· scheduling trainings
· Other Compliance related tasks may be assigned
Required Qualifications
· (almost) completed Law or Finance study background
· strong feeling for details
· Well written and spoken English is a must
This position will enable the candidate to get first-hand experience in the complex world of compliance in a highly regulated (healthcare) market and practice good judgement and improve analytical skills. The position will deal, for the most part, with our CEE region enabling the candidate to experience and learn about the different legal settings and complexity and at the same time getting knowledge on Abbott’s divisions and portfolio.
