The opportunity
The Consumer Insights team works every day to ensure that Lingo’s work and culture are grounded in a clear, compelling understanding of our consumer. We help teams across Lingo leverage insights to make impactful decisions as we create the future of personalized healthcare. You will play a critical role in this team by ensuring the success of projects providing critical insights to Lingo’s Marketing, Product and Direct to Consumer teams.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Manage consumer insights and market research projects including brand health, creative testing, campaign impact, Marketing Mix, and target audience segmentation studies.
· Provide expertise and utilize all available data sources, including but not limited to qualitative and quantitative primary research data sets, campaign analytics and 3rd party reporting.
· Deliver impactful insights that shape brand and business strategy through a deep understanding of the Lingo consumer.
· Day-to-day point of contact between Lingo and our research agency partners.
· Maintain Lingo’s repository of insights and methodologies.
· Regularly update 3rd party insights database using data from our syndicated research partners and other sources.
· Respond to incoming research inquiries.
· Maintain high level of engagement with internal partners and to support business decisions.
· Bring the voice of the Lingo consumer to life through compelling presentations and close engagement with stakeholders
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Data and Analytics or Marketing preferred.
· Prior experience with consumer insights or market research (can be agency or in-house) is required.
· Excellent analytical skills, and mastery of Excel and PowerPoint. SPSS/other statistical software is a plus.
· Proven ability to integrate data from various sources to provide synthesized insights and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
· Strong project management and communication skills. Persistence, creativity and ability to clearly set expectations will be the keys to your success.
· Flexibility and an ability to work within a changing start-up-style environment.
This position will ideally be based in the UK, from our lovely new premises in Central London (or potentially, Alameda, US), with very occasional international travel.
