JOB DESCRIPTION:

Abbott Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) is looking for an

Global Pricing Analyst

The job holder is the Business Administrator of the Global Price Management System. He/She is accountable for the coordination of price certificates and for designing and issuing pricing reports. He/She prepares data for International Reference Pricing (IRP) analysis.

Main Responsibilities

• Business Administrator of the Global Price Management System (GPMS):

- Data maintenance: creation and modification of product related data, creation and modification of IRP rules in each of the countries using IRP, GPMS users administration, upload of sales forecast data into the GPMS or any other external data

- Interaction with the GPMS user’s community: information and support about system issues, problem solving and system changes (regular updates/new versions), follow-up of the users to ensure data are updated, development of training toolkit for new users and organization of regular training sessions for existing and new users

- Interaction with the system provider: liaise with system provider in case of technical issues or if additional Abbott specific developments are needed in collaboration with Global pricing team; perform regular data set audit to increase data accuracy level

- Assist in any other system related area as requested.

• Automate as much as possible price certificate format in cooperation with system provider
• Assist in developing dashboard to be regularly published : price evolutions and trends linked to local or regional pricing events
• Coordinate price certificates management in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs (Global, Regional and Local)
• Work with local teams, supply chain, finance and all other involved departments in the organization to ensure an aligned product structure
• Assist other Pricing Team Members in preparing IRP analysis material in conjunction with Global Pricing Manager

The profile

• Master Degree in Business Administration or Financial Planning
• 3-5 years’ experience in pricing management or similar role, with a relevant experience working for an Emerging Markets scope
• Excel literate
• Professional experience with demonstrated innovative and out-of-box thinking and ability to efficiently translate the concept into tangible results
• Excellent analytical skills, judgment and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
