Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Run the daily / weekly reporting cycle and prepare financial info for quarterly business reviews
- Analyze performance versus budget to provide insights, raise questions and propose solutions
- Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity
- Provide strategic and tactical support for the quarterly forecasting cycle
- Partner with the Financial Systems & Operations Transformation team to initiate, test and roll out automated reporting
- Support LBE/Ad Hoc Business Review - Consolidating LBE supporting templates (Headcount, ISS, RCE, Expenses details)
- Market Model – responsible for market model consolidation during LBE, understand movement and can correlate with country business environment / decision
- Provide variance analysis on Country Sales and P&L
- Headcount reporting
- Track Country performance and prepare routine financial package and report (Daily Sales Report / Monthly KPI Package / Masterfile… etc.)
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support to Area Head and internal customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CA or CPA is a plus
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar quantitative field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written command of English
- Excellent MS Office (Excel) and other database skills eg. Dodeca / Hyperion is preferred
- Independent and Self-starter who takes initiative, strong teamwork skills
