The Opportunity
The Financial Analyst is a key member of the finance team that will be focused on business partnering to support the supply chain and leadership team through financial management & controlling of various Supply Chain Costs to drive the performance and profitability of the business. The successful candidate will be a highly credible individual capable of handling a responsible role in a complex, large organization, to ultimately drive operations in order to maximize profitability. The candidate will possess strong influencing skills, work autonomously and have an ability to make and advise on decisions.
What you'll Do
· Responsible for Supply Chain financial reporting including preparation of monthly management and analysis reports, ensuring they are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
· Design, develop and deploy tools to analyze current & projected performance and outline data driven opportunities for performance improvement.
· Acquire data and develop predictive models to project demand, supply, inventory and distribution plans.
· Identify and recommend constraints against order fulfilment and revenue specifying constraints that need to be addressed.
· Collaborate with IT, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain to build solutions that supports all Business analysis requirements from a standard data set.
· Reconciling of SAP to Hyperion systems for various Accounts and segments.
· Creation of new reports and analyzing of Supply Chain costs to align with Business Unit structure.
· Analyze and investigate freight costs to ensure tight controls and deliver results to supply chain leadership.
· Work closely with the Supply Chain operations team to ensure costs are in line with budgets
· Work with Freight and Warehouse vendors in ensuring their costs are in line with budgets and working on cost reduction programmers.
· Provision of input on local finance policies and procedures ensuring ongoing compliance with all accounting and finance standards.
· Collaboration with external audit staff for periodic year and quarter end review procedures and local audits as required.
· Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions on, for example, acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets.
· Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions so that senior managers can evaluate alternatives against the organization’s business objectives.
· Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization’s short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position.
· Data analyzed may include revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, cash flow, profits, labor market trends, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related required
· 2-4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, program management, planning, manufacturing, financial or related fields.
· Experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent attention to detail, well-organized, and highly accountable
· Exceptional analytical insight, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
· Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
· Experience presenting to executive level audiences
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance
· Self-motivated, action-oriented individual with the perseverance to push high value projects through to completion
· Developed time management and priority setting skills required to work in an often ambiguous and constantly changing business environment
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience presenting and analyzing large quantities of data with strong spreadsheet and database query experience (e.g., SQL, Python, VB) a plus
· Experience with process flowchart tools such as MS Visio a plus
· Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred

The base pay for this position is
$57,300.00 – $114,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
